We are happy to respond with information about flavor and color options, size, packaging, or anything else related to a specific item. Our focus is to personalize products for your occasion, so we want to address the details that make your order just right. No question is too small. We also welcome recommendations about product offerings--please make suggestions to help us improve! We look forward to hearing from you.
We are also happy to hear from you with ideas for our party themes. Either add a suggestion to an existing theme for activities, menu, decorations, etc., or write a party theme of your own! We are happy to credit you with authorship of your ideas, and we will identify you with your initials and city if you prefer not to use your name. Please share your favorite party plans!
Additionally, we welcome your suggestions regarding our website. Please tell us if you find any typos, broken links, or missing photos. We also want to know what we can do to make our website more user-friendly, so please contact us with your ideas and suggestions.
Ordering
Since we offer so many options and so many items, please email your order or call us (314) 989-0570 with your order details, and ensure availability for your event date. Tell us the name of the items you'd like, how many, when they're needed, and any details about flavors and colors.
Secure Payment
If you are in the St. Louis area, we will accept personal checks and cash. We also accept credit card payments. Your security and privacy are important to us, so we use a dependable Internet credit card service called PayPal (used by eBay and many other sites). When you call or email your order to us, we send you an invoice by email, with a link to PayPal's secure site, and you can submit your credit card payment quickly from home or work. Easy Shipping
We ship everywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs for packages vary based on package weight, size, and destination. We are not able to ship to warm locations during the summer months, and we recommend overnight shipping to very cold locations in winter months to prevent breakage. We are not able to ship cakes.
Your Privacy
We absolutely do not share any information about you with any outside sources. Your contact information is only used to clarify details related to your order. If you would like to receive email notices about special offers (expect less than 1 email per month), please contact us and write "please send special offer information to me" in the comments box.
Advance Notice
We do our best to keep all our products in stock. However, some products (most notably, the designer gift boxes) are not available locally, which means we need to ship them here, then deliver or ship them to you. We always encourage you to contact us, even if it's the last minute, to check for availability. However, please give us as much notice as possible, especially for large orders, so that we can complete your order on time.

If you are looking for a specific product or themed item (like dolpins or airplanes), please contact us, and we will be happy to help you find something for your event. We have a large selection of items, and not all of our available items have photographed listings on our website. The search box on our home page and our category listings on the left side of the screen are also available to help you find what you're looking for.
